Manifest

You have a sympathetic ear, are social and friendly and devoted the representing Nouvel Air to its customers. Being the centre hub of all activity on the drop zone, this job wears many hats. The ideal candidate can keep calm and in control since you must multitasking frequently. The manifest schedules and announces each flight and load. A good knowledge of parachuting is an asset since the manifest must maximize each flight by considering the needs for the fun jumpers, tandem and students in relation to the expertise of the instructor-trainers who are available.

 

-              to organize the aircraft loads

-              to announce time calls with regular interval (Gear Up, now boarding, etc.)

-              answer the telephone, direct arriving customers and answer questions

-              to manage the reservations book

-              to answer regular jumpers’ questions

-              to manage clients' accounts

-              run the cash register

-              to enter and classify customers into the computer

 

-           Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service role

-          successfully complete training provided by Nouvel Air

-          able to multitask

-          patient and calm under stressful and busy situations

-          effective in information management

-          high level of concentration

-          able to work in a team

-          knowledge of Outlook

-          knowledge of office software such as Work, Excel and Adobe
