Wind tunnel, Customer receptionist

 

SkyVenture Montréal employs 4 front-of-house customer receptionists.

To meet and greet customers, take bookings and operate the booking system, sell merchandise, organise flight certificates, photo and video sales and generally be the welcoming face and customer service representative of SkyVenture Montréal. Applicants will be used to working on a cash sales system.

 

Candidates will have retail or leisure experience and have fantastic customer service skills.  They will be outgoing and friendly and have the ability to work in a busy environment while maintaining complete control.

They will have:

  • Friendly disposition
  • Great customer service skills
  • Retail or leisure experience
  • Knowledge of a cash sales system
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to learn systems (such as a booking system)
  • Terrific multi tasking skills
  • A ‘can do’ attitude
