The Ground Instructor is also a certified SSI. You are  the key instructor on whom Nouvel Air must be able to count. Supplemental training, preparation for PFF, radio guidance for students, preparing and inspection of students are only some of the tasks for which the Chief Instructor has responsibility. You will work on the ground to coordinate with and direct other instructors provided assistance as necessary, as well as work during the week and on the weekend. The post of instructor on the ground is a very demanding job but very rewarding.

-          debrief and provide feed back to students
