Competitors in need of a visa to travel to Canada must apply through Citizenship and Immigration Canada. An estimate 3-4 weeks lead-time is required. Competitors will be provided with a sponsor’s letter from the NAC and Organizing Committee.
Certified First Responders will be on site for the duration of the event.

Final registration form and payment of Entry Fees MUST be received NO LATER THAN July 8th 2016. All fees (bank transfer fees, wire transfer fees) necessary to send the Organizer the payment are to be paid by the participants. Payments by credit card come with a 2% extra fee.
** Any Entry Fee that is received by the Organizer after July 8th, 2016 must be accompanied by a $100 late registration fee for each person concerned. **
